The Ludington Area Charterboat Association suspended its seasonal Ludington area fishing reports for Lake Michigan in the Ludington area on October 15. Weekly local reports will resume in May. A weekly fishing report for the Northwest portion of the Lower Peninsula produced by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, fisheries division, may be found at:Regional Fishing reports
Please continue to monitor our Net alert on our home page for any changes in the location of tribal trap nets in the Ludington area. The “Net Alert” will be updated as new information becomes available. Note: New information is difficult to obtain during the off-season.
